Yes you read that headline right

When it comes to running sneakers, most—if not all—are meant to make you run faster and to perform better. However, this new model from Nike, called the CruzrOne, is meant for slow runs. Watch Tinker Hatfield’s explanation about the CruzrOne below:

The design is said to be inspired by a conversation between Hatfield and Nike co-founder Phil Knight, where the latter explained that his eight-miles-a-day walking habit involves running really, really slowly.

Going to the design, the CruzrOne comes with a React midsole with a rounded heel area for a smoother heel-to-toe movement. The upper, on the other hand, is two-way stretch upper with a shearling lining for utmost comfort.

Hatfield revealed in the video that the CruzrOne is coming soon, so we expect it to be official in the coming weeks.
