In time for Mamba Day

Nike chose to use the PG3 as a canvas to commemorate Mamba Day. Celebrated every April 13, the said date commemorates the last game Kobe Bryant played as part of the Los Angeles Lakers before retiring and wrapping up his 20-year NBA career. For the upcoming colorway, Nike dressed the PG3 in a Lakers-themed motif of yellow and black. The upper is dressed up in a stained glass mosaic pattern and has nubuck overlays to maintain the basketball sneaker’s premium look.

You still get the usual PG3 details like the reference to Paul George’s hometown in Palmdale, California and the quote “Don’t tell me the sky’s the limit when there are footprints on the moon”.

The “Mamba Day” PG3  will drop on April 13 for Php 5795. Expect Titan and Nike Park to post mechanics on how to cop a pair, so stay tuned.
