Part of the “On Air” collection

Air Max Day (or rather, Air Max Month) is going on full steam, and we are expecting a lot of new Air Max models coming this month. Aside from pairs like Supreme’s collaboration and an Air Max 1-inspired Air Jordan 3, Nike is also going to release the designs made by winners of last year’s “On Air” collection. Gwang Shin’s “Neon Seoul” Air Max 97 is one of those pairs slated to drop next month.

Inspired by the neon signs at Seoul, Shin’s design makes use of vibrant red and blue piping, and silver neoprene overlays on top of a black leather base. You get an oversized reflective Swoosh on the lateral side, Seoul branding on the left tongue, and specially-made Seoul-themed insoles. Completing the look is a black Air Max midsole and outsole.

Like last year’s Sean Wotherspoon Air Max 97/1, expect the “Neon Seoul” Air Max 97 to be a surprise drop before March ends.
