When you mention New Balance, what comes into mind is that they make running shoes. In reality, they go beyond running sneakers: they also have a few basketball sneakers, though we rarely see them on the court. That will change this coming All-Star Weekend as they debut the OMN1S—which will be worn by Toronto Raptors star Kawhi Leonard.
To make its debut exciting, New Balance made 6 different PEs for Leonard, where the Klaw has the freedom to choose which pair to rock. Check them out below:
The OMN1S’ upper is made of mesh with a leather or suede panel wrapping the ankle. Being associated with Kawhi, the OMN1S have a claw-inspired eyelet lacing system that gives reference to Leonard’s huge hands. There’s also a New Balance-branded strap across the forefoot for better foot lockdown. For the midsole, you get New Balance’s FuelCell tech for better responsiveness.
Which of the six colorways is your favorite?
