Chinese New Year is a significant event for collabs as brands work on themed kicks during this season. If you are looking for a pair to stunt, adidas’ collaboration with Eddie Huang poises to be the best one for this year.

First teased by Huang himself a few months ago, adidas officially unveiled the “Year of the Panda” Ultra Boost, and it looks glorious with its tonal red upper. Aside from the usual Primeknit, you have leather for the toebox, cage, and heel cap, along with suede on the tongue.

Gold accents are used for the Panda logo (which is presumed to be a reference to Huang’s “Human Panda” persona) on the tongue and Chinese character on the lateral heel. Completing the look is a white Boost midsole and black outsole.

This pair is expected to drop on February 7 for $200(~Php 10.5k).
