These non-OG Colorways are worth copping

2019 is shaping to be a big year of Jordan brand with the 30th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 4, and the return of three iconic Bred models (Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 6, and Air Jordan 11—all rumored to sport the classic Nike Air logo). Aside from these, the brand has a few new colorways that are a looker.

Sneaker Instagrammer Han Zu Ying has shared a number of upcoming 2019 Air Jordan models, and four colorways caught our attention. We start off with the Air Jordan 4 SE, which sports a clean white midsole and gum outsole, and a lasered black upper featuring graphics related to Michael Jordan and his career milestones. Aside from the laser detailing, they have 3M as well, so they will definitely shine when the light hits the uppers.

The other pair is the Air Jordan 11 Low in Navy Blue Snakeskin. This model deviates from the usual Air Jordan 11 build with its all-leather upper and snakeskin detail on the forefoot and mudguard area, giving the sneaker a clean look perfect for summer. Fun fact: these originally dropped in 2001, and is said to be one of the best Air Jordan 11 lows to date.

The third pair is the Air Jordan 1 OG in classic UNC colors. This pair uses a Black Toe-like color blocking, swapping red for light blue. What makes this one stand out is its full patent leather upper—a rarity in Air Jordan 1s these days.

The Air Jordan 5 is making a return as well with this Laney colorway. Part of the JSP pack, this pair has blue nubuck upper with bright yellow accents on the Jumpman logo, 23 stitching, sock liner, and midsole detailing. Up close, the Jumpman logo has a cotton-like detailing that pops out of the tongue’s 3M material.

Then there’s the Air Jordan 6 in a new Flint colorway. What makes this unique is its use of gray suede and white pebbled leather for the upper, along with a small tag at both the lateral and medial side bearing the early 90s Air Jordan logo.

If you plan to cop any of the five pairs, make sure to save these dates:

Air Jordan 6 Flint – Early 2019

Air Jordan 5 JSP Laney – January 19, 2019

Air Jordan 1 OG UNC Patent – February 9, 2019

Air Jordan 4 SE Laser Black Gum  – March 2019

Air Jordan 11 Low Navy Blue Snakeskin – April 19, 2019
