The adidas Yeezy Powerphase Calabasas gets a lot of hate because of two reasons: it looks a whole lot like the Reebok Classic sneaker and it’s pricey given the materials and over-all look of the shoe. Personally though, I like the shoe. It’s incredibly comfortable for a pair without BOOST or BOUNCE technology. The buttery smooth (and thin) leather upper also adds to the over-all good feel of the shoe.
It’s not without issues though. I hate the toe box because it gets wrinkly fast. I also don’t like how the sides of the shoe were designed to slide downwards and inwards which isn’t good for people like me who have big feet, hehe.
I did a complete vlog review on this pair and you can watch it in full below. 🙂
So what do you guys think? Is it worth the Php6,500 price tag? Let us know in the comments section!
