My UltraBOOST Pick for Performance and Comfort

There are several adidas UltraBOOST variants available in the market: the core version, Uncaged, All Terrain, Laceless, and finally, but not the least, the Stability model. Each version has unique features and benefits that can suit the various needs of people. Personally I swear by the performance, comfort, and durability of the adidas UltraBOOST ST (Stability). It’s my favorite UltraBOOST to-date because it perfectly addresses my needs for a pair of lifestyle and workout sneakers.

You can watch our full take on it here:

If you’re too lazy to watch the video, here’s a quick summary of the main points.

BOOST is Life and the ST has a Lot of BOOST

What makes the UltraBOOST ST special? It boils down to the thicker BOOST midsole. This UltraBOOST model is one of the heaviest in the line-up because it has thicker BOOST at the front and back of the shoe. This provides better cushioning, support, and you guessed it, over-all stability. Why is this important for me?

First, I’m a bit on the heavy side but I am on a pretty fun weight loss journey. Over-all I just try to eat better, work out smarter, and get as much physical activity as I can daily. To date I’ve dropped over 130 lbs.

My bigger build combined with me having flat feet, and a complete ACL tear on my left knee due to a Judo injury, always givens me trouble working out and when I’m walking distances. No shoe has completely addressed that for me, even the other UltraBOOST variants. That all changed though with the UltraBOOST ST. The extra cushioning is absolutely perfect (and dare I say heaven sent). The extra BOOST isn’t just a gimmick. It works. For more details on this I suggest you guys watch the video I embedded above.

Perhaps my only complaint about the UltraBOOST ST is the available colorways as most are really geared for working out. I’d love to get a Triple Black model so it can be an everyday lifestyle shoe that I can even wear to work. Heck if ever adidas drops that I’d probably pick up several pairs.
