Pain reducer

Mix 2 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of peppermint oil and 1 tsp of mineral oil, and rub on sore muscles and painful joints.

Perfect for: Those strenuous workouts, or those times where you gave your body a beating.

 

Anti-itch

Mix 3 drops of peppermint oil to 3 drops lavender oil. This is certain to cool and soothe itch.

Perfect for: Those insect bites that causes you to itch.

 

Body Scrub

Mix together 1⁄2 Cup mineral oil, 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, 10 drops of peppermint oil, and 25 drops grapefruit oil.

Perfect for: Exfoliating your skin after a long and tiring day.

 

Headache reliever

Mix 2 drops of lavender oil with peppermint oil. Rub the mixture into the back of the neck and the temples.

Perfect for: Relieving those annoying headaches without resorting to medication like Paracetamol.

 

Breathing reliever

Mix Eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, and mineral oil and apply to your upper chest to assist with clear breathing.

Perfect for: Assisting your chest for clearer breathing.

 

Stress reducer and Sleep Aid

Add lemongrass oil and lavender oil to your favorite unscented body lotion.

Perfect for: Helping you get a good night’s sleep after a stressful day.

 

Pre-workout rub

Blend together 2 drops rosemary oil, 1 drop lavender oil, and 1 drop eucalyptus oil. Add the mix to 4 teaspoons of our massage oil base (or any plain base/carrier oil). Stir gently to mix and apply to the body prior to exercise.

Perfect for: Getting you psyched up for your gym workout.

 

Bug repellant

Add 5 drops of lemongrass oil to water and create your own spray then apply the spray to yourself.

Perfect for: Outdoor trips that involve a lot of insects like hiking.

 

Deodorizer

Add 1 drop of patchouli oil to your favorite lotion and apply daily.

Perfect for: keeping things smelling fresh naturally.

 

Memory enhancer

Mix 3 drops of rosemary oil with 1⁄2 tsp of mineral oil. Rub mixture on your upper neck.
